Employee perception can be tricky. In this workshop we will discuss how best to structure your various employment policies and procedures, from writing Job Descriptions to implementing Disciplinary Action, to help ensure compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Allegations under the EEOC are continuing to rise. Enforcement penalties are jury awards are well over $40 million annually.
With a focus on specific situations, this workshop will help you avoid common
mistakes that could lead to potentially costly lawsuits and government fines. We
will show you how to implement practices that will ensure proper compliance.
