A free, half-day workshop covering two of today’s hottest issues for employers – ensuring compliance with the EEOC and complying with Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9).

Workshop Overview

Running a business requires being up to speed on numerous employee compliance issues.  With allegations under the EEOC continuing to rise over the years this workshop will help you to understand your legal requirements pertaining to the EEOC and we’ll also give you the tools and resources to assist with compliance.

Your businesses I-9 forms’ serve as the verification that employees are authorized to work in the United States.  These forms are some of the most important documents you’ll ask your new hires complete.  In the second half of this workshop we’ll address any I-9 updates that your business should be made aware of and we’ll help you with meeting your obligation to completing I-9 forms for all of your employees.
