Be Ready for the 2014 Hurricane Predictions by installing a generator today!
The last few years New England’s summer weather has been unpredictable to say the least. From the devastating hurricanes of 2011 & 2012 to the quiet summer of 2013, we really don’t know what mother nature is going to throw our way. However, a good way to prepare is to keep an eye on what the predictions are. Curious about what might happen this summer?
Here are the 2014 predictions:
2014 Atlantic Hurricane Outlook:
Named Storms: 8 – 13
Hurricanes: 3 -6
Major Hurricanes: 1 – 2
The Atlantic has seen above normal hurricane activity for 12 of the last 20 years according Gerry Bell, lead seasonal hurricane forecaster with the NOAA’s Climate Prediction Center. With the development of Storm Arthur and activity starting to pick up the last couple of weeks, it would be smart to continue keeping a close eye on the weather forecast.
