James T. Hill

James T. Hill is Vice-President and specialist of our Group & Employee Benefits Division. Jim also acts as a Business and Compliance Advisor where he specializes in assisting businesses with the Affordable Care Act, Safety & Compliance, Employee Benefits and Human Resource issues. He has earned a Bachelors degree in Occupational Safety from Keene State College.
Jim has served as a director on various local boards. He’s currently serving on the boards of the Keene Day Care and CHESCO, and has previously served on the board of the New Hampshire Lodging and Restaurant Association (NHLRA).
As a co-presenter in The Clark-Mortenson Annual Seminar Series, Jim provides information and focuses on specific, practical information that business’ can use to improve compliance practices right now.
In the Community:
Outside of work, Jim coaches local athletic teams, and participates in Triathlons with his wife. Residing in Troy, NH, he and his family cannot imagine living anywhere other than the Granite State.
