Tom is President of Clark-Mortenson Insurance & Financial Services. As president of Clark-Mortenson Insurance, Tom Minkler is responsible for the overall operation of three divisions (personal lines, commercial lines and financial services) in four office locations with over 35 employees in New Hampshire and Vermont. Additionally, he oversees all activity associated with mergers and acquisitions, carrier relations and sales.

Additionally, she oversees strategic planning and marketing initiatives in the agency.

Agency Managers

Margie Hall

Margie Hall is the Claims and Admin Manager of Clark-Mortenson Insurance with thirty-one years of experience in the agency. In her position, she is providing excellent service by taking care of clients in their time of need. She also serves on the events committee and the safety committee.

Sarah Dresser

As the Financial Operations Manager, Sarah supports all departments but mainly focuses on financial analytics, problem solving, and contracts. She has been with Clark-Mortenson for 15 years. Sarah is very involved in the community, mainly through martial arts: she is a kickboxing instructor at Kickboxing Keene and a kids’ MMA Instructor at Keene Family YMCA. Additionally, Sarah is on the Keene Housing Kids Collaborative Board of Directors, has been the Cedarcrest “elf” for 14 years, and participates in Adopt-A-Highway.

Kim Bergeron

Kim has been with Clark-Mortenson for thirty years, and she is currently the business insurance division manager. Her main priorities in her line of work include managing the commercial lines team and the placement and retention of large commercial accounts. She serves on the Claremont Chamber of Commerce board of directors as the marketing and membership committee chair.
