Personal Insurance Customer Service Representative - Full-Time

Excellent career opportunity for energetic, positive individual looking to be part of a fast paced team committed to helping protect people’s personal assets. The position is in our Woodstock, Vermont location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of insurance and customer service experience, hold their property and casualty insurance license and believe in the value that insurance products provide for individuals.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Handle an existing book of business. Review coverage, educate clients and retain business.
  • New business sales of home and auto insurance
  • Support of outside sales team.
  • Coordinate and manage the renewal process, adhering to all deadlines.
  • Understand product offerings from multiple insurance companies
  • General administrative support in the department (phones, quoting; proposals; data entry)

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Adobe
  • Exceptional customer service skills. Able to easily build relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • 2+ years experience with personal Insurance exposures or customer service
  • If not already licensed, must attain a property and casualty license in the required time after starting with Clark-Mortenson
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) / Interpersonal Skills
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently as well as in a team environment

Administrative Support & Reception - Full-Time

Excellent career opportunity for energetic, positive individual looking to be part of a fast paced, team orientated, work environment. The position is in our Keene, NH location. The successful candidate must have excellent multi-line telephone and computer skills.  Needs to present positive first impressions to clients and guests in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities to include:

  • Answer multi-line phone system for four office locations.
  • Excel reports, letter writing and data entry.
  • General administrative support

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Adobe
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Able to multi-task and move back and forth between projects
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) / Interpersonal Skills
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently as well as in a team environment
  • 2+ years administrative support experience

Insurance Customer Service Representative - Full Time

We are seeking outgoing, energetic, career minded individuals with a positive attitude to apply for an exciting opportunity in our life/health/benefits division in Keene, NH. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of insurance and customer service experience, hold their life and health insurance license and believe in the value that insurance products provide for both individuals and businesses.

Responsibilities include:

  • New business sales of individual life and health insurance
  • Phone and email inquiries with individuals and company Owners/HR Directors for detailed benefits explanation
  • Support of outside sales team
  • Claims resolutions and answering general questions regarding Individual and Group Employee benefits
  • Coordinate and manage the renewal process, adhering to all deadlines
  • Understand benefit plan rates/numbers and identification of discrepancies
  • General administrative support in the department (phones, quoting; proposals; data entry)

Qualifications:

  • Potential candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; particularly Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Have the ability to learn and understand summary plan descriptions for several different carriers, and have claims management skills
  • The right candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to easily build relationships with clients at all levels. Must be able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • 2+ years experience with Individual and/or Group Employee benefits or Customer Service
  • If not already licensed, must attain a Life and Health License in the required time after starting with Clark-Mortenson Insurance
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Confident self-starter who works well independently as well as in a team environment

Business Insurance Account Manager

We are seeking a career minded individual for a new full-time Business Insurance Insurance Agent in either our Keene or Claremont, NH location. Core duties and responsibilities include servicing and expanding an existing book of business through account reviews, coverage recommendations, offering a variety of client services and building client relationships as well as closing incoming new business calls. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years insurance experience, preferably with commercial clients, hold their property and casualty license, work well within a team, and be self-motivated. Requires excellent computer, communication, and interpersonal skills, and ability to think out of the box in helping our clients.

Responsibilities to include:

  • New business sales of commercial insurance products
  • Service of an existing book of business. Phone and email inquiries with individuals and company owners, client education and problem resolution.
  • Support of outside sales team.
  • Coordinate and manage the renewal process, adhering to all deadlines.
  • Understand multiple company product offerings.
  • General administrative support in the department (phones, quoting; proposals; data entry)
