Understanding and complying with all of the state and federal regulation changes that affect your business can be daunting; and making sure that you are taking the proper steps to ensure Best Practices can be even more challenging. 

In this workshop we will discuss Best Practices for HR Professionals in the areas of ADA, COBRA, Healthcare Reform, and I-9s. We will focus on the 10 Ten questions that HR Professionals have within each category. It’s becoming increasingly difficult for HR Personnel to comply with the multitude of state and federal regulations and we want you to feel confident that you are making the right decisions and putting the correct policies in place to protect your organization from potential costly lawsuits.

This workshop is recommended for small business owners that might not have any HR personnel and HR directors and managers of companies of all sizes.
